Welcome to SquadStack Plug & Play (PnP) Integrations! Learn all about how you can connect with SquadStack for bidirectional data sharing.
You’ve probably stumbled upon this page since you are wondering how data sharing works. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!
Throughout the documentation, certain terminologies will be used to describe relevant parties/business objects involved. The definitions are given down below.
Refers to the individual/organisation who’ll be using SquadStack’s services to reach out to their customers/potential customers.
Lead refers to the person(your potential customer) that SquadStack performs the outreach to. All the necessary details of the lead are to be passed on to SquadStack which we will then be used in the process of the reach out.
Campaign refers to the flow that you have pre-configured on SquadStack’s backend as per your business needs. Any campaign would define a sequence of events and every lead associated to that campaign would follow these sequence of events.
The system you use to manage all of your leads!
There are two ways through which you can pass on your leads to us
Manual Imports:
If you have your entire data set handy in the form of a sheet, then this is the way to go!
Simply log in to your customer portal, select the campaign you want to import the leads into upload the sheet, and voila! Your leads are now ready to be called
API
We have readymade APIs that you can consume from your CRM/LMS to pass on leads to us as and when you want them to be called

Data is everything! Once your campaign is live, you may want to analyse the calling performance and maybe take some actions on the leads that were called.
There are two ways for you to consume this data:
Manual exports:
All of your calling metrics can be directly downloaded from the customer portal
Direct integration with your CRM/LMS via APIs/Webhooks:
We also offer a direct integration, through which we will pass on the call/lead level details to your CRM in near real time. You can expect these updates to be sent to after each and every call, and after a lead reaches its terminal stage.
