Lead Level Dispositions

What is this?

After the end of a lead’s journey, we will send the terminal metrics of that lead back to your system.

A lead reaches its terminal stage when:

The lead’s cadence is completed
The lead’s status has been judged by our Caller
The lead reached a Positive/Negative conclusion

Prerequisites:

Your API endpoint
API token
Any other API specifications

Field Definitions

lead_id	Unique identifier for the lead
created_at	Timestamp indicating when the lead was created
campaign_id	Unique alphanumeric code for the campaign
contact_name	Lead's contact name
lead_outcome	Final outcome of the lead
phone_number	Lead's phone number
lead_responses	JSON object containing the lead's responses
latest_recording_url ****	URL of the most recent call recording if available, else None
